Terms of Use
Beta draft · last updated July 6, 2026. Written in plain English on purpose; a formally reviewed version ships with v1.
What this is
The Long Gameis an education product: lessons, stories, and games that teach kids how money, business, and investing work, done together with a parent. During beta it’s free for founding families.
Education, not financial advice
Education, not advice. No real-money features, ever. Nothing in the course is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a substitute for a licensed professional. What your family does with what you learn is a family decision.
Your account
Accounts belong to parents or legal guardians (18+). You’re responsible for the email address that anchors your account. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in with a magic link. Kids use the course through your account, with you.
Fair use
The lessons, stories, games, and artwork are ours (or licensed to us). Use them with your family; don’t republish, resell, or scrape them. Don’t probe, overload, or try to break the service or other families’ data.
Beta honesty
This is a beta: things may move, break, or change. That includes features and, eventually, pricing (beta families hear about pricing first). The service is provided as-is during beta, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
Leaving
You can stop any time. Email andrew.grant@gmail.com to delete your account and everything in it. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.
